Do you have fond memories of breakfast? When I was a child, my mom made stacks of pancakes and French toast swimming in butter and syrup. Sometimes she dropped the batter in the shapes of little people or animals. Such an easy way to make breakfast fun! When I grew up and had children of my own, I found a lot of joy in making food fun. We were kind of poor getting started, so making food engaging was an inexpensive way to enrich our children’s lives. Food can be a powerfully positive experience in our lives if we just let it in. Come with me, and let’s get cooking!
